Mast depot is a long ester, whereas Mastebolin is a short ester. The half-life of Mast-depo can reach up to about seven to ten days, whereas Mastebolin's half-life is about four to five days. Mast-depo's longer half-life functions best over a long period. It's best to use over longer cycle lengths, preferably between ten to twelve weeks.
